Visio type App for Mac

A bit of a Newbie question... what Apps are out there for the Mac (Free stuff, and stuff you pay for) that can do stuff similar to Visio?

I don't know much about Visio, but have you looked at OmniGraffle?

Concept Draw VI is suppost to be pretty good.
