Vision Express me a holiday camera

Hi peeps, well its summer again and i'm off on holiday and therefore need a new camera.

Looking for something that is small/compact, high ISO (for low light level pics), 3X+ optical zoom. Price mark £300 or below.

Any suggestions?

im in the same boat as you,

ive recently been looking at the Sony DSC-N1, £270 from a well known camera site, 3" touchscreen, 8MP, ISO800, looads of features. Think thats what im going for Anyone on here have this camera?

otherwise there is the cannon powershot S70, and the Pentax Optio S6 that ive been told are good.
