Vista '32bit or 64bit'

Hi can you tell me whether there is any need to upgrade from vista 32bit to 64 bit?

'Need'? No, none at all. Unless your using more than 3Gb of memory, stick with 32bit. .

For futureproffing, if it doesn't cost then 64bit is the way to go. As Boomam says it enables you to address more that 3.2GB of RAM so with RAM prices being the way they it makes sense to go for 4GB
