Vista 64 AVI Thumbnails

Is there a way yet to get thumbnails to show for avi files in vista 64 bit? I spent ages half a year ago trying to find a solution and there wasn't one... is there still no fix?

There was a fix half a year ago. There was a fix the day Vista was RTM'd.

Install the X64 Components of the Vista Codec pack.

I still get this with the odd file not showing up, its usually Stargate Atlantis wmv files for some reason.

i have the divx codec installed only i think. will look for that vista codec pack but i think i tried it before and didn't work...
