Vista 64 bios flash tool?

Is there one?

I have got awdflash from biostar to run a new bios but it doesnt work in vista64

I have no floppy drive either.

If there is no flash tool for vista, can someone explain how I put it on a bootable cd? have tried using the bios updater within the bios but it defaults to the a: drive i dont have!

yup already tried that. still throws up an error saying i should check for an x64 version.
