Vista 64-Bit Explorer problem

Over night theres a few things that dont work anymore. Can anyone help!!
Control panel wont open (have to access it down the left-hand side of my docs)
Right click desktop and click personalize - wont open
Network and sharing wont open in Network.
Everything works fine in safe mode though.

I know this will sound harsh but yes yes yes, someone with the same problem, my control pannel opens sometimes, then sometimes it just dosnt open at all, just like it goes to open then closes instantly!

Like you i have to get to the item on the left hand side from a menu. Ive tried all sorts to stop this happening, but ati, Nvidia makes no diffrence, but i will say its much worse with N vidia drivers installed. iam hopeing its this as it drives me mad!
