Vista 64 CPU temp monitoring

Can anyone advise me what is the best software tool to monitor my CPU temps in Vista 64.
I have tried speedfan but that seems to think that I have 3 cpu cores (I only have 2) and 2 GPU cores (I only have 1).
Asus PC Probe II will not install at all.

Would like to check my cpu temps during games because I have just enabled a small overcock and I want to see if I can push it a little further.

edit: Have you checked the Asus website for updates on their software/bios etc.

Yeah checked Asus updates - even the latest version does not work.

Core temp seems to work great - thanks.

Anybody able to tell me what sort of temps are ideal?

Not sure on AMD's not used 1 since XP2800+, but I remember them running slightly hotter than intel's and myn runs overclocked at 3.6ghz idle at 34/load around 40ish..
