Vista 64 Disk Size

Hi all, finally got around to installing Vista64 plus sp1. One thing I noticed when I was moving files around is that the Vista install is taking up 28gb of hard drive space!

How big should it be, I dont understand this as I formatted the HD before I installed and it didnt take long to install

disable system restore, disable hibernation, run cleanmgr, run vsp1cln
