Vista 64 Hardware monitors

I've installed Vista 64 into the new rig (benchtesting at the moment) and I cant find a way to get Intel TAT or CoreTemp to run. CPUZ and Speedfan work. Anyone get the first 2 to work, or there other hardware monitors that work with Vista 64?

I use Everest on Vista 64Bit, it's excellent but it’s not free.
