Vista 64 & IEEE 1934 (firewire) Problem

Hi all

Im wondering if anyone can help.

I have a canon MV550i camcoder, and am trying to get the videos off on to my vista machine.

The firewire drivers installed but vista cant see the camera.

Camera is on, I dont have any other firewire devices and my laptops dont have firewire ports.
