Vista 64 problem

When I try to update windows I get the following message

Code:80072F78

When I try to update windows defender I get the following message

Code: 0x80240022

Ive tried the internet and thats just confused me even more as they were working up until recently.

Any advice on what to try?

Well tbh if thats the level of help im going to get on here then I dont want any.
Of course my date and time are correct!
