I have just installed vista 64 as a dual boot and was wondering if I needed to do anything else to play games with DX10?

Ive installed my graphics card drivers and DirectX.

Another thing, my current setup is that I have all my games on a seperate drive. Could I just alter the shortcuts and still run them with Vista or do I need fresh installs on everything?

Thanks

Any of these games improve by using DX10 other than Crysis and bioshock?

Sorry to not be that helpful but i wouldn't say any games "improve" using DX10 as of yet, just if you've got really good eyes you might notice some nicer looking fog/particle effects and a significantly lower frame rate.

I have to say though if you notice it, Bioshock does have some nice water effects (though not when big daddies walk through the water which is a shame)

Well never mind. Have to look out for that fog lol

Have to upgrade eventually so might as well now.

Still have my lovely XP on dual lol
