Vista 64 Stutter!

vista gives me stuttering while dragging windows around, this also affects all videos and music, i think its related with the display driver, however ive tried 175.19 and 177.89

anyone else get this?

Never heard of that. Strange, have you totally removed the drivers then installed them again?

no i just installed new ones, but it fixed it, until the restart then prob is back

Got any usb devices connected? I was getting an irritating stutter that was driving me mad. Unplugged a usb hub that had a few things connected and it went away.
