Installed my 32 bit Home Premium Upgrade version on P.C without any trouble and decided to send of for the 64 bit disc. It arrived this week and when I tried to start to upgrade in Windows it gives a error message and tells me to boot from it.
But when I try booting from DVD the upgrade is grayed out and it will only let me fresh install  I noticed that the 32 bit disc says upgrade on it and the 64 disc I just got doesn't but surely I should be able to to ugrade without a fresh install!

Slightly off topic do you have the link to upgrade to 64bit, I have got Vista 32bit
home premium upgrade also I would like to try 64bit.

Can you try installing in safe mode.
