vista 64

nope, sp1 has just being released by Microsoft for download, also microsoft employee did a slip up a few months back and released to a few people like myself. to date all installs off Vista don't have, but u can by service pack one on a shop magazine dvd.

phew thought for a second that Microsoft put price tags on service pac.

can anyone confirm how big is sp1 ? as i thinks its 3gig ?

thank you

I bought a copy of Vista Home Premium 64bit from Ocuk 2 weeks ago and it had SP1 included. I would guess the one you bought does as well. :)

saw it , none off the vista's from overclockers do state that it has sp1 installed, considering that its just released sp1 I'm also unsure about , above statement has sp1, did he download whilst unknowingly updating his system?
even in other threads people have said they got sp1 included... also read the review..

i liiike it, and its a snip at £70
the disk includes service pack 1
ive had it running 2 weeks now.
it runs all my old 32bit games and other software fine,
(and my pc is very fast with my overclockers 8800gts graphics card)
another bonus is it allows for more memory than the 4gigabyte limit of 32bit vista.
my disc installed and activated with no problems. (make sure you have the proper 64it driver for your graphics card available.)
more hardware device drivers are now available (compared to the launch of vista last year. )
only downside ive found is that some 32 bit antivirus software can cause problems, but free 64bit antivirus is available
64 bit is the future, embrace it soon
