Below is my system and outline of what I do. I'm in 2 minds as to whether to install Vista 64bit yet due to some reports of iffy hardware.software support. But then I see some people have been trouble free.

Anyway I have the following;

E6600 2.4ghz (not oc'd yet as it's all very new, but will be soon)
2GB Teem Extreem 6400 RAM @ 4-4-4-10
Creative X-Fi Music
BFG 8800GTX
74GB Raptor
320GB Seasgate Sata II
120GB Seagate Sata
Pioneer 111 DVD±RW

I use the following programmes almost daily; Photoshop, Sony Vegas (video editing prog), Adobe InDesign and MS Office. Also listen to music (I'm not bothered with which app), and burn DVD's (video and data). Thing I'm a bit concerned about is the small progs I use to make video DVD's. Apps like WinAvi Video Converter, MagicISO, DVD Shrink and all those little progs that are invaluable for this kind of stuff. Is this all ok in Vista? Most are just 32 bit apps, so I assume they will all run fine, but I don't know for sure.

I also play various games ofcourse.

Any issues I should be worried about? Just want to be sure before taking the plunge... ;)

Driver support will be exactly the same as 32-bit.

There are reports that the 8800GTX drivers are poor, so be warned.

Apart from that, you won't have any problems at all.

Nvidia really need to get their fingers out on that one. How long must they have had with Vista/DX10 to get it right!? Don't know what their game is...
