Vista advice

Would vista run ok on the following spec:

intel 2.8 p4 800mhz. 128mb ati card, 1gb ram.

I am currently running oem xp pro. If i brought oem vista, would it work? I understand that I can only install on 1 motherboard.

Yes, you'd have to do a fresh install but it'd work, and yes, you're only licenced for one machine.
