Vista Aero Theme Gone!

Hello. I was using my notebook the other day when I suddenly realised that my window was not see through and stuck on a blueish box, and when I went to change it to the Aero theme realised It wasn't there!

Does anyone know why this has happened and how I can fix it?

You could give this a try:

In Windows 7 if you search for Find and fix problems you should get an option to fix transparency issues. Not sure if the same tool is in Vista, though!
