Vista and aspnet_regsql.exe

Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

I've installed Visual Web Developer, along with SQL Server Express and SQL Server Management Studio Express. All fine, except I go to find the aspnet_regsql.exe file and it doesn't exist. There isn't a Framework folder under the Microsoft.NET folder and a search for the file reveals it is indeed not in my system.

Please do not suggest using XP because it's not going to happen.

I have tried uninstalling .net Framework 3.0 and then repeating the .net Framework 2.0 install, but it still says that it is already installed.

Well asp_net_regsql.exe exists on my Vista, BUT, it's now in the c:\windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v2.0.50727 directory.
