Vista and File sharing

Tried searching, no solid results.

So if I get Vista OS. Am I still able to download stuff like music and movies off LimeWire and torrents etc

Edit: I ask because I once heard that Vista actually prevents people from downloading illegally. So is it true?

Vista will allow you to do everything XP did - but obviously we won't discuss illegal downloads as that would be against the forum rules
