I've noticed with my vista (unsure if same everywhere else?) my internet browser delets the web addresses i have stored almost everyday. Like this forum link goes within 48 hours even though i come on everyday!!!

I don't use favourites as i forget i've set them up so use the top drop down list.

Also with XP i could hold uptp X amount of web addresses now i can only have 6 before they get deleted.

is there anyway to change this

(thats if you guys can understand what i'm getting at??!!)

In IE7 go to tools, on the general tab in the browsing history section choose settings. Here you can choose how long IE keeps your pages in memory for. It has a limited memory and time, if you make both bigger then it should keep them for longer.

If its not that then you need to rummage through the security and privacy tabs and see if you have anything there that is erasing the data.

Hope this helps (I am assuming you are using internet Explorer 7 as you did not state otherwise).
