My 10mbit connection is still 10mbit in Vista. No difference whatsoever, I can't see any reason why there would be.

I highly doubt there would be any difference at all. At worst you may get a horrid driver conflict (unlikely) and have NO internet, but if it works, it'll work at the same speed it did on XP...

It doesn't increase the bandwidth, it just makes more efficient use of it...
