Well I have an Asus A8N-E and Vista beta 2. Here is my problem. I'm unable to setup my internet with it! I have a linksys modem but the problem I seem to have is that I need some software for Vista!?

Has someone here dealt with this issue? I am googling this and I'm mostly getting info on Vista beta 1 issues

No. But I have been told vista has software on the cd for this motherboards ethernet. When Nvidia released drivers for the mobo for beta2 it says it had software drivers for the following...

Windows Vista Beta 2 Driver Versions:

Audio Driver (v4.65)
SMBus Driver (v4.56)
SataRAID Driver (v6.67)
SMU Driver (v1.14)
RAIDTOOL Application (v6.63)

Supported Products:

nForce4 SLI
nForce4 Ultra
nForce4 Pro 2200
nForce 590 SLI
nForce 570 SLI
nForce 570 Ultra
nForce 550

This is all fine, and I was left thinking why isnt there ethernet drivers? and then I read "Network drivers are provided "In-The-Box" and are automatically installed during the Windows Vista Beta 2 installation process"

And thats as far as I have gone basically.. I'm wondering do I have to manually do something to make vista find the network card or is there some software for this?

A8N-SLI Premium here, and it just worked.
If it doesn't detect it, it should still be listed in device manager (probably as an unknown).

Yeah I had 3 "unknowns" but if it is there (meaning if it is 1 of the 3)... how would I fix it.. since the software is already on Vista for the ethernet..
