Seeing the interest in Vista I installed a beta of Vista I downloaded last year and find it works fine, apart from my scanner which cab now connecrt to another machine. however some games are rather dodgy.
I quite enjoy killing a few people in GTA games as well as the odd racing game of similar vintage. Despite setting the copmpatabily to Win XP the games just hang. Incidentally, Avast also hangs the whole machine.
Anyone tried any of these with the actual release of Vista and can report if they can be made to run properly?
