Vista and Unknown ACPI device

BTW, when I installed PC Probe 2, I had to force Vista to install a driver. It obviously wasn't the ACPI driver though.

Enable UAC and then update the driver on-line.

if everything works leave it for now and wait for windows update, i got 1 thing that does not install and has got ! mark is my PCI 56K modem

Yeah I'm thinking leaving it alone is the best thing to do

Just a thought, how many of you have got some raid stuff enabled in the bios, cos i have a sneaky feeling that i forgot to turn a feature off that i aint using.
