I have a DFI Infinity NF4 motherboard with Vista running as my OP. How do i get the driver for the onboard sound to work? I believe it is Nforce 4? Any help would be great. Ta

can you not get drivers from the nVidia website? I got vista drivers from there for my Asus K8N-E that worked fine for RC1. I don't have vista-proper though and I deleted my RC1 partition.

I remember the onboard sound used to work though cos I'd have to switch the speaker cables over from my X-Fi everytime I switched from XP to VistaRC1. Creative drivers wouldn't install.

edit: these are probably what i used - they say RC1, so don't know if they'll work with the final release or not. clicky

I think the nForce 4 chipset uses Realtek audio and this driver is installed when you first connect Vista to the Internet and it goes off to Windows update...
