Vista Basic - For GAmes?

Hi,

Can all games play on Vista Basic OS or are there critical things missing from this basic release?

Any comments would be great.

games should run fine on it

Basic x68 can only see up to 8gig of ram, doesnt do aero and doesnt have the media centre capabilitys built in. Thats more or less the differences to home premium. Games and everything else works fine on it

Why not spend an extra £20 and get something so much better.
