Seriously tempted to pick it up if that's what it's really going for...

It's only home basic and doesn't include the Aero interface. I'd pay the extra for Home premium.

Hmmm...didn't realise it was the retail license...for £2 extra? I see your point.

Check with OcUK that it is the right price.

Yep, upgrade is very cheap. Anyway, I just got a reply to my webnote confirming that the price stated is correct... so I've ordered a full retail copy for 58 quid. For a retail license I think the price is very good, and the few missing features compared to Premium don't really bother me as I couldn't see myself using them anyway. Well, apart from the fancy GUI stuff perhaps, but I've always used classic theme on XP anyway out of preference... so the novelty of that would probably have soon worn off anyway.
