Vista: Big BSOD

I keep getting bluescreen crashes on Vista 64bit, pointing to "usbohci.sys"

Usually when playing games or many web browsers, nothing too stressful of system. I then need to leave PC for awhile before able to boot into windows, sometimes it resets CMOS.

If you havent tried this patch yet I would give it a try and see if it helps...
