Vista Boot Floppy Disc

As i have a weird ECS board which needs to have the bios flashed to use my 2gb sticks, Vista wont run the winflash utility that you can download from their website. Great.

Anyway, im going to try and boot into dos and flash the bios that way. Im assuming that by creating a boot disc created in Windows XP i will be able to gain access to the command prompt right?

yes, i made a boot disc the other week to flash my graphics cards bios.
