Vista boot floppy help please

Hi All
I having a bit problem I am trying to update my bios (asrock 775i65GV) but cannot make a vista boot floppy.

I tried the various guides (found the bootmgr file but cannot find the BCD files in the boot folder) can anyone point me in the right direction??
I am running vista ultimate.

A bootdisk runs in dos mode, don't know what its gotto do with Vista unless your booting from in Windows?

To update your bios just make a floppy disk bootable and add your bois to the disk and run the commands needed. There should be a help file with the bios?
