Vista Card Reader Help

All,

I have an 3.5 Card Reader installed and whenever I try to copy photos across I get the following error on some photos:

"The media in the drive may have changed" Error 0x80070456

Any ideas?

Probably the card at fault, not Vista.

Try another P.C. and let us know.

Happens with all types of cards.

Have no idea what to do.

sounds very much like a Trojan virus. How was the card formatted? On the camera or the PC. Try write protecting the card before downloading the contents to a PC.

Trojan virus, why would you say that?

A search on google comes up with quite a few people with the same problem but no fix.
