Vista clock

If its out then its your motherboards fault as that is where the clock is & has nothing to do with vista.

I believe it to be the CMOS battery that could be loosing power.

Have you tried setting the clock to sync to the internet?

Right click the clock and select "Adjust Time/Date" then there should be a tab called "Internet time" select this and then you can set a time server to use.

I use "uk.pool.ntp.org".
