Vista compatible soundcards?

What soundcards are supported in Vista, digital out (PCM/DD/DTS) and want ASIO support, plus bit perfect (CD's are sent to the digital out at 44.1khz, not 48khz)

Auzentech X-Meridian is, I believe, the only one that fits your requirements.

I don't (or want) Live encoding. It isn't bit perfect, as it's adding extra processing.
