Vista continually restarting

Got a new laptop this morning and I installed a service pack + msn messenger.

Now when ever my laptop boots it restarts a minute later, ideas?

Yes it will, yet another vista bug!

My pc used to boot in under 40 secs, i'd be lucky if it booted in under 1 minute and a half with vista ultimate+ sp1 now! (partially due to a old sata hd thats being replaced)

Not a lot you can do! it should still run just as fast once booted!

(edit: unless you want to run without sp1, or upgrade your HDD to a SSD)

No the system actually reboots a minute later.

Sorted now anywho.
