Vista corrupt mouse cursor video

here is a video i took to show what i meant about the corrupt cursor when i move the mouse over links, look carefully and you can see it.. pause it and you can see it looks corrupt and big

the latest nvidia drivers, that corruption does not show up when i record with programs such as camtasia btw.. thats why i had to use my camcorder

I have exactly the same fault! It's been bugging me for ages. System drivers are all up-to-date and nothings overclocked (yet)

Haha I just tried it myself and mine does it too. Never noticed it :confused:

Gotta love Nvidia

They'll catch up eventually

Mine doesn't seem as bad as yours though - not sure if its because my screens are too slow in response time to show it up though.

Actually, im not sure if it still does it without the nvidia drivers installed.

Get exactly the same thing. Had this also in all the Betas.

But only got it when I replaced my X1800XT with a 7900GTO. Running the latest Nvidia Drivers too.

Just mentioned this to a Microsoftie and he said it's already been reported to Nvidia a few hundred times since way back in the RC stage

. It's been bugging me for ages, sometimes the corruption is pretty big, like a yellow grid.

and they still havent fixed it?..

As soon as i get the other problem ive been having i am going to make a video of it again, once these 2 are out of the way i think vista is sorted.

To be honest it's a small problem that most people won't even notice. That's why Nvidia has given it a low priority. They have bigger bugs to fry at the moment...
