Hi all im having a little trouble with my mp3 player. when i first installed vista it recognised my creative zen without any problems, but now when i connect it via usb i get a tone that tells me a device has been connected but my mp3 player is no longer detected by media player and does not apear in my computer? Got any suggestions??? Thanks in advance.
 
Your definitly on to somthing checked device manager and it says this -This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31):(
 
All sorted uninstalled driver, restarted and vista reinstalled the driver, bloomin ideal. Thanks for the help Skippi90 :)
 
With my zen micro i had to flash it to the latest firmware to let vista use it, so depending on whay zen it is you might need to do that. Even though you seam to have fixed it, it might sill be worth doing.
