I ordered Vista Home Premium 64 bit edition last week tuesday and i was suppose to recieve it on Thursday. Which i didnt, so i rang up OcUK to check up and they said that i should speak to City Link parcel services. So i called them and they said that the parcel has been delivered on Thursday to my address and signed for and this doesnt concern them anymore. I was at home all day thursday and clearly would have remembered any such event! A day later i recieved a mail from City Link saying that i should contact OCUK and ask them to claim on my behalf if I have not recieved my package. So i again called OcUK and they replied by saying that they would start the claim process. The very following day a City Link worker delievered the package, saying that he unknowingly delivered to the wrong address and he is very sorry. I opened the package to see a Dvd sized card board cover with microsoft details on it. Now im not sure but shouldnt it be in a green shiny looking packet as seen on the website?I have told OcUk that im sending the software back to them as i believe that it has been opened and either want a refund or a new package to be sent again. Im still waiting for their reply.

Any suggestions on this?

Thanks

Thanks for the quick replies, yes its an OEM version so that clears the green shiny box issue. I can see the re-application of the seal on the dvd (one side of seal is diagonally placed), i dont want to take any chances, just wanted some opinions. Its going back alright!!

Someone called NUBIR signed for the package. Dont know anyone by that name in the neighbourhood. Im still waiting for the OCUK people to reply me back. Dont know how to send it back, by that i mean do i need some sort of a covering letter or RMA number.
