Vista desktop background

Are there any useful programs that allows movies to be imbedded in the desktop background ?

I know you can do it on vista ultimate, but i've got Vista Premium 64bit. It can also be done with mplayer but I'm struggling to work out how to do it with that.

Or even programs where you can store say 7 pictures in a folder and it will rotate them once every 24 hours ?

Doesn't VLC do this? (in a similar manner to Mplayer)

as above deskscapes is ok, but that whole dreamscene thing gets boring after a while, so i use:

as a sidebar gadget to change my wallpapers every hour.

Is it possible to use them both in tandem ? have the animated backgrounds cycling every day or something.

think the widget only recognizes pictures but im sure someone will figure it out if they havent already.
