Bitlocker encryption which enables you to lock all your system down when shutting down e.g. Insert a pendrive and this will setup a password protection for you system so that until you enter the key again the system will not boot. A Unix type Encryption.
The System Backup that comes with Ultimate is a drive Image type program as well as a fille backup. On Premium and below it's just a file backup.
Hardware driver manager is a bit more thorough than Premium which can give you an advantage when new driver arrive for certain hardware and will install them immediatly they become available. That's it in theory but in practice I have yet to see it.
And some of the security features Premium has are more enhanced.
The sort of Operating system that you regret you bought when it locks you out completely because your PenDrive just got trod on and you can't start Windows Vista. But then again no one else can.
