well my E2140 (1.6 stock) OCed to 3.3 is showing 3.3 in CPU-z and bios, but in vista experiance showing at stock 1.6, it says E2140 1.6 @ 1.6, and only gives it 5.7
I wouldn't worry about it. The Vista experience benchmark is pretty useless and I think it just reads the information from the CPU about speed etc. and takes no account of overclocking.
If you want to benchmark your PC properly then I would use 3D Mark 07 and PC mark. They will allow you to compare your PC with others with asimilar spec.
