Vista - extending the size of a partition

I dual boot with Vista 64 and XP. Trouble is I've ran out of space on my XP partition, so I'm wanting to expand this.

I shrank the partition that vista is installed on, but it wont let me extend the XP partition.

How would I go about doing this... I've done it before, but forgot how I did it..

Maybe this should be in the Hard Drive section ? uhm

Not used the builtin tools in Vista as I always use Partition Magic 8.x when playing around with partitions.
