Vista file section colour... can be changed?

Little thing in Vista that really bugs me. Is it possible to change the selection colour/brightness when selecting files. As I find it really difficult to see whats selected and whats not sometimes.

Don't have Vista but in XP you can go into Desktop, Appearance and the Advanced and change the colour of the Selected Items.

Still a anoying Vista bug for me but I now use this, as it helps let me see what the hell I have selected. Might be helpful to others, so I dug up this post again.
