Vista forgets program settings

Seems to be a system wide issue on one new laptop at work. Everytime an app is launched it behaves as if it's the first time run. Examples are MSOffice (Always brings up EULA), Photoshop (resets palette/panel layout) and now Illustrator won't install - failing at Shared Components.

Does this sound like a registry issue? Anyone know where to start with this problem?

This is on Vista Business 32-bit, Dell I6400 Laptop.

Thanks.

Still trying to work this out, I found references on the net for Vista forgetting folder view settings, which I may have fixed.

But MSoffice 2003 still brings up the EULA after starting after every reboot and I have to delete and re-add our network printer after each reboot.

Anyone aware of any fixes?

Cheers.

Getting close to that!

Actually just found the solution to Office EULA issue, just a regedit job to change permissions on Office software.

Now just need to fix Apple's Bonjour printer program I think.
