Recently got my PC back home from sitting in a shed for a month and a bit, and its been giving me some headaches.

Firstly was a problem with the wireless. Sometimes it just wasn't connecting to my wireless network. Or rather, it was connecting but with limited access. A reboot solved this, but it was annoying. Yesterday, I gave up and downloaded the ralink drivers for the card (not the belkin ones), restarted and all seems fine for now. But at the moment I'm connected to the network, but for some reason the icon in the system tray is the 'no network' icon with the red X.

The more annoying problem seems to be my PC freezing when I'm away from it. It seems to happen either at the login screen - I turn the PC on, go do something while it boots up, and when I get back its frozen. No mouse or keyboard input works.
Or it happens after I login, and I go off to do something while everything starts up. keyboard and mouse don't work, everything's just frozen.

I have to hard reset to get things moving, but obviously this doesn't give me any crash logs or a way to figure out what's causing it. I don't think its overheating since when I do get into windows I can play Supcom on max settings at 30fps, that doesn't kill it. Its just when starting.

Just running a scan with Eset/Nod32 but I don't think its a virus or anything like that, I just don't have a clue.
