Vista Glass Effect

Hey Thar,

I boot'd up my pc this morning to find that glass effect on vista wasn't working but it was working fine last night, does anyone know what could be making it not use glass effect?

At a guess.... Apple quicktime?

If a program doesn't support it, vista turns it off....

I didn't even bother installing apple quicktime because i hate it with passion, although i did install VLC, that just seem'd to change it when i ran it

There is an options somewhere in vista to stop it doing it... I think

I've sorted it now

Some reason it was set to Vista Basic and not Aero, haven't a clue why though

In VLC options theres an option relating to GDI Draw or something, check that and it should work with Aero Glass.
