Vista graphics driver issues, Anybody else getting these ?

I'm running ATI Catalyst 7.3 and i've got a couple of irregularities in my games

in CS:S i select bloom for HDR lighting, but it doesnt look anything like bloom when i play de_dust. I'm sure when i had XP it practically blinds my screen looking at the sun, but i get nothing of the sort

when playing BF2142, all the shadows inside the titan appear borked. Players show more blue than black and it looks well weired. Buts its only certain shadows in certain places

anybody else noticed anythign like ? several driver rollbacks and re-installations havent changed anything.

I was under the impression that graphics drivers for Vista were still a bit buggy?

These kind of things are probably to be expected until Vista matures a bit.
