Vista Help & Support problem

Got a problem with Windows Vista Help and Support. When I try running it get this error:

How ironic lol

Anyway, not sure it'll fix the error, but i'd start by uninstalling Visual C++ Redis from Add/Remove and pull them down again via Windows Update etc and see if that helps
