Vista - How many processes running ?

I was just wondering how many processes people have running on vista, I've currently got 55 but need to do some tweaking

I know there are gonna be people with under 45 but i cba to do that much tweaking

61 on a non tweaked media centre machine (with about 5 or 6 programs running ish)

61 on my laptop. Not tweaked at all apart from turning uac of.
52 with apps closed, although security software still running.

79 with 6 programs running. Runs perfectly so I don't really feel the need to tweak it.
Vista x64.

I have Vista Ultimate x64 installed and currently have 57 processes with 7 apps running, so let's say 50 or so on a clean boot. I have VMware installed though and that runs 3 or 4 processes alone. Still runs nice with 1.8GB of my 4GB of RAM currently used.
