Vista / IE Problem

When I try to log into a router using IE I'm having a real problem

The first time I try to log in I get page cannot be displayed, if I go to the address again straight after then I get the login box.

Once I am in it is very sluggish

My XP laptop also running IE7 is much better

The routers are drayteks but it is also very slow when using Cisco SDM

I tried removing java in case that was causing it but it made no difference

anyone got any ideas?

Have you got a proxy set?

Try deleting temporary internet files and cookies. Also in internet options and lan setting, disable "automatically detect settings"
